Cookie Dough
Could be 1 large portion or 2 smaller portions
Ingredients Recipe 1:
- 1 Can chickpeas
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey or Caesin
- 1 tbsp Almond butter or peanut butter
- 1/4 Cup Almond milk
- 1 tsp sweetener- e.g Agave nectar, date nectar
- Optional tsp cocoa powder for a chocolate twist
Ingredients Recipe 2:
- 1 Can chickpeas
- 1 Scoop Vanilla/Cookies and Cream Whey or Caesin
- 1/4 Cup Almond milk
- FlavDrops
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to a small blender.
- Blend until smooth- adding extra almond milk if you want a creamier texture.
- Once you have your desired consistency- should be smooth, slightly thick and fudgy
- Serve up your cookie dough and top as desired, e.g, chocolate chips, dates, coconut and many other things.
Tips:
- Now lets talk about toppings, my favourites are dried fruit such as dates and prunes, sugar free chocolate chips, a chopped up protein bar and an extra dollop of nut butter on top !
